We are a human resources consultancy operating in the North West of England, the Midlands and North Wales, across the private, public and not for profit sectors.
Our purpose is to support business owners and leaders, in taking away the people issues/barriers to releasing the potential of their business - things that can slow you down in doing what you want to do - in achieving what you want to achieve.
We aim to provide practical, pragmatic solutions tailored to suit your business, and are interested in developing genuine partnership relationships. Whilst we are flexible and adaptable in our approach, we are also honest in our relationships with our clients; if a request is outside of the scope of our expertise, we will say so.
dpm's extensive experience has proven critical in a number
of assignments they have conducted on our behalf. As well as knowledge and expertise, dpm brings integrity, honesty and a willingness to challenge constructively and insightfully.
An ability to think strategically and look at the 'bigger picture' makes dpm a great sounding board and 'critical friend'. They are a trusted partner of Aspire and play a key role in helping us to deliver our HR strategy.
Research has found that nearly a fifth (18%) of new hires don't pass their probation or have the period extended by their employer.
The survey of managers and employees, by recruiter Spring Personnel, showed that poor performance was the most commonly cited reason why new hires were let go (62%), followed by absence (50%), and poor punctuality (38%).
